REMINDER—Introduction to Sociology college class at Da Vinci Design
Dear DaVinci parents,
If your student signed up to take the West LA College Introduction to Sociology class being held on Mondays and Wednesdays during seminar time, all students are required to complete the registration process via the attached form. The ‘Supplemental Application for Admission of Students in Grades K-12’ was supposed to be returned with a parent signature by no later than Friday, January 15, 2016. Several students have not turned in their forms with parent signature yet! If their forms are not completed and turned in for the class on Wednesday, January 20th, they will not be enrolled in the class and are in jeopardy of being dropped from the seminar.
