Week 38 Preview

Greetings Designers and Design Families,

Happy Sunday! Last week was a great week of POLs. It has been fun to learn so much this week from students and their presentations: from debates in English 10 and dissections in Biology, to insightful presentations about historical events and mathematical functions. Keep up the great work, Designers! We still have POLs tomorrow and Tuesday!

Shoutout to our Seniors! What an incredible evening last Thursday celebrating the Class of 2026 at our Senior Showcase!

Our seniors shared the culmination of their hard work, creativity, and learning with family, friends, staff, and community members. From innovative projects to thoughtful presentations, students demonstrated not only what they have learned during their time at Da Vinci Design, but also who they have become as learners, leaders, and young professionals.

Thank you to our seniors for sharing your stories and passions, to our staff for supporting students throughout the journey, and to our families and guests for helping make the evening so special.

Here is the Bell Schedule for Weeks 38 at Da Vinci Design:

End of Semester Announcements:

  • PowerSchool and Canvas access for students/parents has been blocked starting 6/2 to finalize semester grades. The last day for students to check grades before seeing a final grade on report cards was on Monday, June 1st.
  • Report cards are mailed home on Friday, June 12th.
  • POLs give students the opportunity to develop their speaking and presentation skills and are an opportunity for students to reflect publicly on their learning. Because these are formal presentations, students are expected to wear professional attire. Any student with questions or needs regarding professional attire should speak to their counselor ASAP.
