Da Vinci is now partnering with Wiseburn Unified to provide meals for all of our students. Free meals end on Dec. 31, 2020.

Second, please complete a meal application to ensure your child receives free or reduced price meals for the entire school year. Update: Student DV Emails Required to Log In to Meetings via Zoom (Now w/ Student Guide)

Greetings DVD families and students,

We are writing to share important information about our students’ participation in Zoom classes. Da Vinci Schools has activated Zoom accounts for every student through his/her school email address. This allows only “authenticated” accounts to access virtual classes. Therefore, all students are required to log in for all meetings via Zoom using their assigned Da Vinci Schools email address. Please follow the directions below to create your Zoom account. This action is only required once and must be completed before your child’s next class.

  • Go to Zoom.us
  • Click “Sign In”
  • Instead of entering student’s school email, click “Sign in with Google”
  • Select student’s @student.davincischools.org account
  • When signed in, student can click on Zoom class links or enter the meeting ID within their Zoom account

*Please click here for a student guide (PDF) released by the DV IT Dept. on 9/2/20*

That Da Vinci Schools provides an email address to each and every one of our students is a huge asset in terms of access and security for our school community. Having students access their online classrooms using their school-issued email will greatly help in preventing disruptions and concerns of unauthorized users attending classes. Teachers and staff will continue to remind students that they should be using their DV emails for all school-related work and activity.

Thank you for your support and patience as we continue to develop and fine-tune our practices in this virtual world!
