This is a terrific opportunity for students to explore new interests, meet new friends, and build their college resumes. Please encourage your students to join at least one club this year.

The yellow clubs are DVD clubs and the green clubs are run by DVC and DVS and are open to all DV high school students. More information will be distributed during the club fair tomorrow morning.

BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT

Families, this is a friendly reminder that Back to School Night is tomorrow, Wednesday 9/5 from 5:30-7:30 pm.

• Please report to your student’s advisory class first; there you will receive a schedule, map and PowerSchool login instructions
• Parents will attend advisory and core academic classes
• Counselors will be available in their offices to meet with families as needed
• Our resource teachers will also be available for families as needed
• Please allow ample time to park as it will be crowded!

 

Dear Parents/Guardians,

I’m thrilled to announce that we are traveling to London, Paris, and the Alps over Summer of 2019! We already had 10 people sign up… the spots are filling quickly! Space is limited on a first-come, first-served basis for this opportunity. In order to sign up, all parents must attend a mandatory informational meeting (details below).

We would like to celebrate the many parents attending our first Counselor Chat of the 2018-2019 school year. We plan to have this informal gathering at least twice per semester. Lastly, we look forward to creating a strong community of parent involvement at DVD!
