Hello Da Vinci Design Families and Students,
On Wednesday, January 18th, Da Vinci Design will be hosting our fifth annual Summer Enrichment Fair. This fair will allow students to meet representatives from numerous organizations and colleges and learn about summer programs available to them.
Students will learn about summer programs offered by organizations and colleges throughout the country, including financial aid, career opportunities, and other details. Some programs are fee based, but all programs offer scholarships and financial assistance.The fair will host representatives from UCI-Cosmos, FIDM,The Emma Bowen Foundation, Smash at UCLA, Questbridge, The Naval Academy, California State Summer School for the Arts, Syracuse Summer Programs, Johnson and Wales University, SCI-ARC, and EXPLORE at Institute for Educational Advancement. All programs presented are either free, low cost or if a cost is associated, students can apply for scholarships and financial aid .
Students will have the opportunity to meet representatives during their Advisory period and during lunch time. During Advisory, students will be rotating to the booths throughout the period, however, if students would like extra time they can visit the representatives during their lunch time. The goal is for students to learn and apply to summer programs in order to expand their collegiate experience and learn more about certain career fields.
This fair will be a great opportunity for students to prepare for college and beyond!

Lizet Salazar, our El Camino College financial aid rep, is hosting a workshop on Saturday January 28th 8am-2pm on El Camino College campus Humanities Room 101.
