Da Vinci Design

DVD Drama is hoping to find some parent volunteers and/or contributors, as we prepare for our very first play. We are performing “Almost Maine” at Dana Middle School on December 5^th at 5 PM, and we are looking for some help before and during the show.

We need assistance: building sets, acquiring props, preparing costumes, transporting materials, selling snacks, supervising students, setting up, tearing down, etc.

The Cash for College Convention 2014 will be held at the LA Convention Center on November 5/6. Most of it is during the day but on the 5^th they will have the Family & Community Night from 5-9 pm, offering lots of resources to plan for college/financial aid.

Tomorrow Tuesday, November 4^th we have our monthly Coffee and Chat in the board room from 8am- 9am. All parents are welcome to come by to ask questions of all counselors!

This Saturday, November 8^th Compass Education is offering a FREE ACT practice test on the Da Vinci Design campus from 9am-12pm. Students must RSVP via the link below. Space is limited. The link can be found at: www.compassprep.com/davinci

First priority is for juniors. If space is left, we will open it up to interested 10^th grade students.
