Parent Workshop on Adolescent Depression and Anxiety
There will be an informational workshop on adolescent depression and anxiety for Da Vinci parents. Attendees will learn strategies to identify depression and anxiety in their child, as well as coping skills to address these challenges.
When: Tuesday March 13, 2018 at 6:00pm
Where: 201 Douglas in the Cafeteria / Multipurpose Room (1st Floor)
There will be an interactive informational presentation on Tuesday March 13, 2018 at 6:00pm in the Multipurpose Room (201) to discuss signs, and symptoms of depression and anxiety in your child. A doctoral student from Pepperdine University will be at the meeting to provide you with different skills and strategies to help you ease your child’s discomfort. The presentation will be free and all Da Vinci parents are welcome to attend!
We have completed our emergency lockdown drill and the students did a fantastic job – the entire floor was locked down in less than 30 seconds.
We encourage you to talk to your kids about this experience when you see them this evening!
