Junior Family College Meetings

Beginning April 11th, counselors will be holding small group family meetings with junior families and students from their caseloads. It is expected that all junior families sign-up for a time and attend these meetings. If you were present at the Student Led Conference for your child last week, you should have received an informational letter then as well.

In these meetings, counselors will discuss:

  • Building your college list
  • College entrance exams
  • Naviance
  • Different College systems
  • Important dates
  • Important college admission requirements
  • And much more! Individual questions will also be answered during this time.

Families: Please sign-up to meet with your counselor via the provided link:

Sign-up days and times are first come, first served, so we recommend signing up early to get a time slot most convenient for you. These small group meetings are replacing junior specific night meetings and individual meetings.

Additionally, all junior students will participate in state testing on April 20 and April 21. Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium (SBAC) testing information will be covered during the family meetings, but if you wish to read more about the computer-based exam, you can do so by visiting this website.
