You can file your FAFSA even if you have not filed your 2015 taxes yet. Complete the FAFSA using information from your 2014 taxes and then update your FAFSA when your 2015 taxes are completed and filed!
File your FAFSA by no later than March 2, 2016 especially to be eligible for the Cal Grant!
Remember that families with incomes between $80,000 and $150,000 per year will qualify for the Middle Class Scholarship (MCS) program, which provides funding to help middle-class students attend UCs or CSUs (families with incomes below $80,000 qualify for the UC Blue and Gold Opportunity Plan). But you MUST complete the FAFSA to qualify.
